Do you charge per vote or per attendee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited voters and unlimited votes — you pay per event or per year, never per vote.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve free trial. Instead, we run a live 20-minute demo against a sandbox of your event so you see the real workflow.
Can we upgrade mid-event?
Yes — you can move up a package at any time and only pay the difference.
Do you offer nonprofit or school pricing?
Yes. Apply on the /apply page and note your nonprofit or school status — we approve most community applications within one business day.
What about payments and refunds?
Half upfront, half on go-live. Full refund if we can't get you set up two weeks before your event.
